The twist "TGI-1" belongs to the group of single-use security devices and is used to lock and securely lock the doors of cargo vehicles, hatches of wagons and containers loaded with cargo, the transportation of which is allowed without the use of locking and sealing devices, as well as locking empty wagons and containers after unloading cargo from them, in the intra-republican message (Republic of Kazakhstan). The principle of operation: Closure-insert the cable into the twist housing and screw the clamping screw into the threaded hole of the housing until the threaded part breaks off. Removing the twist-cut the cable with scissors for cutting the cable.
The TGI-1 twist is a development of Nuker Corporation LLP, which provides control and protection against unauthorized opening of doors of cargo vehicles, as well as other protected objects. The twist "TGI-1" can be used in cases where the diameter of the holes in their locking nodes is not less than 5.5 mm. The use of a rotating ball as a locking element makes it possible to exclude damage or even destruction of individual strands of the cable in the device body.
